The Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (AUAC) is a well-regarded institution within Azerbaijan’s higher education system. Faculty of Construction
The Faculty of Construction at Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction provides education in the Azerbaijani language. The academic year runs from September 15 to July 15, and the study duration ranges from three to four years. This is one of the largest faculties at the university. Admission is based on entrance exams conducted by the State Student Admission Commission. Established in 1975, the Faculty of Transport was initially named the “Road Construction Faculty.” It comprises four departments, two of which are specialized:

AzUAC Student Dormitory
The Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (AzUAC) student dormitory is near the university campus. It is a 9-story building with a single entrance. Each floor houses 14 rooms and a shared kitchen. The rooms have basic facilities such as beds, tables and chairs, cabinets, and other necessities. Each room accommodates up to three students, housing 252 students in the dormitory.Each room comes with an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. The dormitory is under 24-hour surveillance, ensuring the safety and security of students. Entry and exit times are regulated. Additionally, the dormitory offers sports facilities and halls for student use.
