The modernization of hospitals and healthcare centers with the latest <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">technologies,<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> and<\/span> <span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">the establishment of well-equipped clinics and hospitals to provide advanced medical services to <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">patients,<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> are part of the Ministry of Health and Welfare&#8217;s development policies. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">However, Azerbaijan faces a <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">shortage of <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">workforce<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> for this large number of medical and healthcare centers and <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">requires<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> more doctors and nurses to work in these facilities.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">All these factors present an excellent opportunity for many students to pursue nursing studies in Azerbaijan.
